Bright Star Fireworks Australia opened in Tasmania in 2002, with its very first retail store — the iconic “Fireworks Shop” — launching in Moonah. It was our absolute pleasure to bring the best range of fireworks in Australia to Tasmanians.

Following our early success, we expanded with shop openings in Launceston, Devonport, and Burnie, building a trusted name across the state.

While our core focus has always been delivering professional fireworks displays, we remain deeply passionate about retail fireworks. We believe fireworks should be experienced up close — bringing fun, excitement and unforgettable moments to families and communities.

Today, we proudly celebrate over 20 years of providing crackers for Cracker Night, continuing a tradition that brings people together across Tasmania.
